All products at Nursery Nook Art are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your item is created just for you once your order is placed. As a result, processing and production times may vary by product, but most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipping. Because each item is custom printed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or combined after checkout. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for errors or delays due to incorrect information.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with Printify to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are generally not available unless required by law. Nursery Nook Art and Printify are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that each piece is custom-made with care for you.

We also share order details with our print-on-demand partner, Printify, so your items can be made and shipped directly to you.
